Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel must have all original tags and protective liners intact to be eligible for an exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
